The Vector VTR-1041 Analytical Sieve Shaker delivers controlled-amplitude vibration for reproducible particle size distribution on stacked ISO test sieves — the everyday method for aggregates, soils, cement-related powders, and general laboratory QC above the ultrafine range.
An eccentric drive excites the sieve stack with adjustable amplitude so cohesive and granular materials disperse without the vacuum infrastructure of air jet sieving. Operators define sieving time and repeat the same motion profile shift to shift, supporting grading curves and residue-on-sieve reporting.
The VTR-1041 accepts standard 200 mm and 300 mm test sieves with pan and lid, aligning with common ASTM E11 and ISO 3310 sieve-frame practice. Vector configures amplitude and timing for your referenced standards and internal SOPs.

A weighed sample is placed on the top sieve of a nested stack. The shaker imparts controlled vertical vibration; particles smaller than each aperture pass to lower sieves while oversize remains as residue. Weighing each fraction yields the particle size distribution.
