Quality & Certifications
Quality & compliance
Vector Scientific Testing Devices designs and builds laboratory test equipment in Turkey. Quality is not a brochure claim — it is how we trace every VTR-coded machine from engineering data through production, verification, and the service records your laboratory relies on.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management
Our quality management system operates under ISO 9001:2015. Processes cover design, procurement, production, installation support, and customer feedback — with continuous improvement driven by evolving laboratory and industrial requirements.
- Documented procedures from concept through delivery
- Employee participation and user-oriented design reviews
- Customer satisfaction tracked and fed back into product development
- System updated as customer and regulatory expectations evolve
In-house manufacturing & traceability
Every Vector machine is developed and manufactured under one roof in Kahramankazan, Ankara — sheet metal and CNC machining through electronics, assembly, and Tesla Test Software. That vertical integration is what makes spare parts, modernisation, and service traceable to the same engineering data.
- VTR product codes identify families from universal testers to cement and sample-prep lines
- Serial-number traceability for service, spare parts, and training records
- OEM components — not anonymous third-party substitutions
- 25+ years of materials-testing equipment manufacturing experience
Engineered to international test methods
Equipment is designed toward globally recognised test methods — ASTM, ISO, EN, and BS — so your laboratory workflows align with procurement specs and accreditation expectations. Our standards library on this site maps methods to Vector products; binding compliance always rests on the official standard text and your quality system.
- Universal testing machines verified to ISO 7500-1 force accuracy classes
- Cement, Blaine, Vicat, and mortar lines aligned with EN and ASTM method families
- Impact, creep, and sample-preparation equipment referenced to ISO and ASTM codes
- Sieve systems manufactured to ISO 3310-1 / ASTM E11 with calibration certificates
Documentation for your quality system
Laboratory auditors and procurement teams ask for evidence — not marketing slides. Vector supplies documentation that supports your files:
CE-marked laboratory equipment
Many Vector laboratory utilities and sample-prep products are supplied as CE-marked equipment where applicable — configured for your method and internal SOPs.
Factory verification & calibration
Machines leave production with verification aligned to their application — force classes on UTMs, extensometer calibration to EN ISO 9513 where applicable, and product-specific acceptance checks documented on quotation.
Service & installation records
Installation, commissioning, technical service, and preventive maintenance visits produce signed reports suitable for maintenance logs and audit preparation.
Operator training certificates
After installation or refresher training, Vector issues training certificates listing equipment scope and date — for operator competency files and customer audits.
How we maintain quality day to day
Design & production control
Design reviews, incoming inspection, in-process checks, and final acceptance before dispatch — all under the same ISO 9001:2015 framework that governs our Kahramankazan facility.
- CNC, fabrication, wiring, and software tested as integrated systems
- Tesla Test Software developed in-house — not rebranded imports
- Custom configurations documented against VTR drawings
Method & product conformity
Products are engineered toward the test methods your specifications cite — with technical data, standard cross-references, and application guidance on vectorbtc.com.tr.
- Standards library links methods to equipment
- Application notes for repeatable lab workflows
- Honest scope statements — no substitute for official standard texts
Lifecycle support
Quality continues after delivery: OEM spare parts, remote and on-site service, modernisation, and training keep equipment performing within its intended accuracy class.
- Traceable spare parts tied to serial number
- Service reports for quality-system files
- Equipment modernisation without replacing sound mechanics
