Genuine Vector spare parts — select your equipment and contact us for wear parts, OEM components, and custom-fabricated replacements. We manufacture our machines in-house, so parts can be built from scratch when needed.

Spare parts

We supply genuine wear parts, indenters, anvils, and electronics traceable to Vector machine configurations. Stocked items ship quickly; special orders are quoted with realistic lead times and revision control.

Vector designs and builds its own testing equipment in Turkey. That means spare parts are not anonymous catalog items — they are tied to drawings, revisions, and machines we know by serial number.

We do not publish an exhaustive online parts list. Every configuration differs, and the right component depends on your machine revision and how it is used. Select your equipment below, then contact our team — we will identify the correct part, quote lead time, and ship traceable OEM material.

Made here — repaired here

Because we manufacture the complete machine — frames, hydraulics, cells, electronics, and tooling — we can reproduce wear parts, upgrade kits, and even legacy components from engineering data. When a part is obsolete elsewhere, we can often fabricate it again rather than leaving your lab stranded.

Request spare parts for your equipment

Choose the Vector system you need parts for. You will be taken to our contact form with the device details pre-filled — describe the part, fault, or urgency in your own words.

Include serial number, photos, or part markings in your message if you have them — it speeds up identification.

We intentionally do not list every screw and seal online. After you contact us, an engineer confirms compatibility before anything is built or shipped.

What we supply

Wear & consumables

Indentors, anvils, filters, seals, Blaine cells, Vicat needles, grips, and other parts that wear with normal laboratory use — supplied to match your machine revision.

  • Traceable to Vector configuration
  • Batch and revision control where applicable
  • Guidance on stocking critical wear items
  • Packaging suited to international shipment

OEM mechanical & electrical

Load cells, drive components, hydraulic parts, HMI hardware, sensors, and safety interlocks sourced through the same supply chain as new equipment — not aftermarket substitutes.

  • Factory drawings and tolerances
  • Correct firmware and calibration notes where relevant
  • Replacement matched to serial number when possible
  • Installation guidance through service if needed

Custom fabrication

When a part is discontinued, damaged beyond catalog reference, or unique to your line, our workshop can manufacture from original Vector designs — from single components to sub-assemblies.

  • In-house machining and assembly capability
  • Reverse engineering from retained OEM data
  • Obsolete support for Vector-built systems
  • Realistic lead times quoted before work starts

How spare-parts requests work

No shopping cart — a short conversation with people who built the machine.

  1. 01

    Select equipment

Pick your Vector system from the list so we know which drawings and revision history apply.

  2. 02

    Contact us

Use the pre-filled form to describe the part, symptom, or photo reference. Add serial number and urgency if known.

  3. 03

    Engineering check

We confirm the correct item, availability, and whether fabrication or stock shipment is the fastest path.

  4. 04

    Quote & delivery

You receive a quotation with lead time. Approved orders ship with documentation suitable for your maintenance records.

Parts across the Vector range

Spare-part support covers the same portfolio we install and service:

  • Universal testing machines, impact systems, extensometers, and creep testers
  • Cement Blaine, Vicat, presses, mixers, and curing equipment
  • Crushers, mills, pellet presses, sieves, and lab utilities
  • Control units, software keys, and data-interface components where applicable

Not sure which equipment?

If your machine is unlisted or the nameplate is unclear, contact us anyway with photos and any VTR code visible — we will identify it and route your request.
