Vector Scientific woven wire mesh test sieves are trusted across laboratory sampling and particle size analysis workflows. Manufactured from premium stainless steel, they are offered in metric diameters of 100, 200, 300, 400, and 450 mm and imperial sizes of 8 and 12 inches.
Aperture sizes span 125 mm down to 20 µm in both full-height and half-height configurations (full and half-height variants available for 200 / 300 mm and 8 / 12 inch models). Frames and mesh are built for consistent nesting with shakers and air jet systems used in your lab.

Inspected and calibrated in accordance with ISO 3310-1 (Clause 5.1, Table 1) and ASTM E11. Each sieve is supplied with a Calibration Certificate documenting aperture and wire measurements, weave type, and serial number.

Test sieves need a matching cover and collection pan to form a sealed stack. Vector supplies stainless steel accessories in the same diameters as your woven wire sieves.

Reliable sieve analysis requires a perfectly sealed tower — not isolated test sieves alone. Vector provides woven wire mesh test sieves plus matching sieve covers and collection pans for dry and wet laboratory programmes.
Some materials cannot be sized by dry shaking alone. Vector supplies drainage collection pans and compatible stack components for wash-through sieving with water or spray.

Each Vector sieve can be supplied with an Inspection Certificate (conformance documentation) or a full Calibration Certificate with measured aperture and wire data — both tied to the laser-etched serial number for audit trails.
